Tomb Raider Underworld FPS Drop

Hello!
I have a bit annoying problem, with TRU.

Game runs smoothly 95% of the time, but that 5%, FPS drop to 5-10FPS.

When that happens I have to press ALT+TAB to bring game down, and back up

to normalize (works every time but is boring).

Does anyone have similar problem, and is there a way to fix this.

I have:

CPU: Phenom II x6 1045T
GPU: Gigabyte HD 6850
RAM: 8Gb

Same as me. And I have GTX470. Maybe this game needs a Sli or CrossfireX??
