coolbits

I enabled coolbits in my registry and wala... nothing happens. I cannot get the hardware tweak tab on my Geforce 2 Ultra Advanced settings. Could it be because I am using eVGA Geforce 2 Ultra rather than any other brand?

can be dependant on the version of driver you are using .. I am running 6.50 at the moment and it works fine .. you can force it also using a little utility called NVmax... do a search for it on Google.com it has a ton of other tweaks too

If you are using the 12.41 drivers, the coolbits reg tweak no longer works.

Some manufacturer's drivers and some detonator drivers don't allow the Coolbits registry hack. For these drivers the third party utilities like PowerStrip, NVmax, and Geforce Tweak will allow you overclock your video card.
