You'll have to look up the information in Intel's documents concerning voltage detection pins. I did that with the Socket version and modifying those are easy, so I suspect that it will be similarly easy with the Slot version.

1.65 vcore????well i have a pIII @550MHz and it's vcore is about 2.00V ???? what core do you have? a katmai or coppermine? anyway, it is very easy to change the vcore you have 2 options:
1- hardware style
2- software style
for the first, it depends on you board, you have to look for a jumper on it to do that and change the pin(make sure you read the board manual first for configurations)
