I am having a problem printing my Juno email messages or anything from the internet. When I go to print, it said it has successfully sent the information to the printer, but nothing comes out. The printer does not even react. If I try to go to Page Setup, Juno hangs up, becomes to busy to let me do anything. If I go to a word processor, that prints without any problem. I can print a test page. I can even high light my Juno addresses in my address book and it will print that. This problem started shortly after I upgraded to Windows XP. To correct this problem, I have reinstalled Juno but that did not clear up the problem.
Can you help me.

They said to copy and paste it into a word processor and then print.

Seems they know they have a problem with whatever email application they
use. Is this some webmail interface? Can you use a standard POP/SMTP mail
software such as Outlook Express?

I too have been fighting a printing problem with Juno for the last couple of weeks.

I went back and restored a copy of Juno, version 5.1 (Build 83) installed it, and
my system works just fine now.

Of course, juno will say it is a fluke, but it sure worked.
And of course, nothing has been changed in Juno since 2007 that would
cause such a problem.............Yeah..........Right.

I too Have had a printer problem with Juno, Here's is how I solved it.

1. From the Juno directory, I copied USR000 to a scratch dir. Five years of my wife's contacts and precious email messages were in it.

2. I removed and deleted every trace of Juno in my wife's XP computer.

3. Removed every printer and deleted the drivers using Wise registry cleaner. Every registry entry related to the printer was deleted, even the higher level ones.

4. Went to the Juno site and downloaded Version 5 build 49 and installed it on my wife's computer. Do not! I repeat install any printer at this stage or you must start all over.

5. With Juno installed and configured, copy USR000 from your scratch dir over the newly installed ver USR000 so you can restore all the orginal email stuff.

6. Now here's the kicker, find an email message to print, mind you haven't installed your printer yet, again if you did, you start all over.

7. Select print and with no printer selected, XP will prompt you to install a printer. Now go ahead and install your printer. In this unusual case the printer will work only if it's installed after you select print mode in Juno.

This proceedure worked fine on two different computers having the same Juno printing problem.

Best of luck
