I was wondering what a normal CPU temp would be. I'm running a 1.2 GHZ T Bird on an ASUS A7M266 motherboard with 265 MB PC2100, my processor shows about 113 F to about 130 F. Is this high? I'm serious considering a water cooling system for better heat management and also noise reduction, I run a recording studio and those fans are LOUD. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions..... !!!!!

This is a very objective question really. It all depends on your ambient room temperatures. If you're room temp is like 20 C and your case is 25 C, then your CPU temps shouldn't go much over 40 C. But if you're in a hot place like me, and youre case temps can reach 35, hitting 50 C isn't that bad. So my advice is to try and keep your CPU temp no more than 15 C above the case temp at full load.

That oughta void your warrenty!

If you don't plan on overclocking, you temps are perfectly fine.
