XP Printing Problem

When printing to any of our network printers from one of
our Win XP Pro workstations the print job is not
completing. At some point in the job it stops printing
normally and starts printing what looks like code.
Sometimes it will give an error message on the last page
and not always the same message. Error message is
sometimes Error: syntaxerror or ioerror. Offending
command: image Stack:image. Doesn't always have an error
message and when it does, it's not necessarily any of
those. We have several XP workstations, but this is the
only one that has a problem like this. We are running a
Novell 5 network and all network printers are on their own
print server. We have tried reinstalling the printer
drivers and it doesn't help. Thanks.
