Vista to window 7 no disc

i have a toshiba vista an i told there is a disc to upgrade free to window 7 how do i get it please

I think that would only have applied if you had bought your Toshiba a few months before Windows 7 was released. I wouldn't expect that offer to still be open now, but the obvious people to ask are Toshiba.
