I am currently running a p3-650 at 866 (Change FSB to 133 vice 100). My boggle is that I frequently have issues with my CD-RW when running this way. Failure to initiate in BIOS, (works in Win2k), Random crashes under use, etc. Any Ideas as to why/ how to correct?

<font color=blue>I don't mean to be coy - but have you considered trying a lower oc setting?

Don't listen to the last guy. You should raise your core voltage to 1.75v, maybe 1.80v, that should take care of your problem. Lowing your bus speed is not advised as it would raise your PCI bus speed and enable hidden reductions in memroy and AGP speed. So leave it at 133 and raise your core voltage. You might even want to try a 140MHz bus once it's fixed.
