The graphics card you have will not get you high to ultra settings. Because antialiasing and ambient occlusion will seriously eat your frame rates as well as having a resolution at 1920x1080. If you really want to have decent high settings, I suggest getting 7850.

Gigabyte 7850 Overclocked version ($259):

Or if you want to overclock yourself Sapphire 7850 non Overclocked version ($249):

I disagree the 6850 is good for high but not ultra settings (its better than my 4870 which can play all my games on high). Also Intel I3 and I5 CPUs will give much better gaming performance at a similar price. I would get a better brand PSU like Antec or Corsair especially as I cannot find any expert reviews on that one. This build with an i3 then lower the graphics card to stay in budget would be much better http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/overclock-radeon-hd-7970-core-i5,review-32458.html

if your thinking this will be good for gaming your making a mistake. the fx cpu's are pants for it. due to very poor single threaded perfomance. that is comparable to older amd cpu's (aka old athlons) better to get a phenom 2 but there is also a nother better alternative...
forget amd altogether. your on a tight budget so drop the ssd it will be of no real benefit to that system. and by doing that you can then afford a 2500k which will be a much better starting point for a new build.
seriously m8 you could build a seriously cool i5 based system for the same money and get about 1/3 more cpu power for gaming...
the fx you have chosen is no match at all for the 2500k in any test only the higher end fx manages to scrap an odd victory, but when the intel cpu wins it does it by a bigger margin and always wins in games...
also wireless? for gaming is not a good idea. its better to get a long ethernet cable if you have to over a wireless connection. that way you can connect directly to the router without having to be filtered by another pc or wireless system which adds to the workload and thus slows the connection for every 1. again saving you some money as well as performance...
gfx is ok but there is better for about the same money.

all being said its better to get good basics that are needed to get the pc up and running. so like i say forget the ssd, you can buy a faster better 1 in a few months. and at least then your putting it in a system that will benefit from it...

motherboard $75-$100

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072 i5 2500k $219 -$15 with promo code $204

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226184 muskin ram c9 ddr3 1600 $50

for a grand total of $355

rejig a few more items and you can get more power for the same money...
als im giving you fair warning powercolor had very very poor customer service. avoid them like the plague there cards are cheap because they use substandard parts for things like the fans... i got a 5870 and after 8 months the fan failed the shop i bought it from refused to take it back as they couldnt guarantee a replacement that wouldn't cost them money ??? yeah i know... and powercolour tried palming me off saying, contact or rep in the uk who refused to reply to any emails sent to him... end result i had to spend another 50 on a new cooler. which in the end im glad i did because it made a world of difference e on the cards cooling and noise.

Wow HEXiT, thanks for the info. I'll definitely drop the SSD and wait to pick it up later. And I had no idea that an i5 could kick that fx's ass. I'll switch over to it. Why should I change the ram? And finally, do you have a suggestion for a graphics card that could keep me in my budget but get me to high or ultra settings? Feel free to to give any other suggestions too . Thanks :D
