Good overclocking board?

I'm planning to buy a new motherboard for a T-bird 1.4 Ghz with DDR support.
With this board I want to overclock the CPU, but I don't know witch motherboard is best for this.
I think I'll take one with a AMD760 Chipset, beacause I heard some good things about it.
Also the board must have an onboard ATA-100/RAID controller, otherwise I have to buy a extra one.

Does anyone have any suggestions witch motherboard/chipset is best to take?

Thanks a lot!

Abit K7G, from the reviews so far it looks like the best 760 based board. Plus it has 4 Dimm slots, 6 PCI slots, onboard RAID, and 4 IDE channels.

Only one review over at HardOCP, but it looks to be a very good board.

I've been reading great things about the SIS 735 chipset, but they have been slow to market. If you don't want to wait, have a look over at http://www.theoverclockerzstore.com/
good luck.
