Hi,
We are printing barcode in both NT and XP MS WORD. When
we print in NT the carrriage return (032) barcode
charater is not printed but in XP it's printed. Because
of that scanner is not able to scan in XP.
Can anyone suggest how to stop printing the extra
carriage return barcode in XP.
Thanks!

I know this post is 4 years old, but since i spent 2 hours today trying to figure out the answer to this question and succeeded I will post the answer.
To eliminate the carriage from the code, simply type what you want the code to be
i.e.- *123456* and the carraige will remain on the end, then highlight the part of the barcode at the end which you know is the carriage, then under font style (the box to the left of the font you are using, select "Clear Formatting", this should remove the return carriage from the code sequence.
