My email in outlook express is printing so close to the
left margin that it is missing some of the letters. I
tried two different printers and doesn't matter. Does
anyone know if there is a way to move the emails farther
to the right margin?

OE should be using the same printer settings that are used by IE. Try
closing all instances of IE and OE then open IE and go to File ... Page
setup. Then adjust your margins and click OK.
Then open your OE and try printing your emails.
You can also change heading and footer settings from this dialog box.
