Nothing? The Apple Store Geniuses can't repair it or re-install your software or whatever?

I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help if the experts at Apple can't (or at least not without a few more details - hardware, OS version, nature of "crash"). But if that really is the attitude of Apple I'd say buy a more reliable brand next time.
  3. Is it under warranty?

Also, what happens when you switch it on? nothing?
  4. Did you purchase the "AppleCare Protection Plan" for your computer? If not, you have to pay for Apple to really look into the problem. Real service from them isn't free.

The fact that your computer crashed is very vague. Is it starting up at all? Does it give you a series of audible tones or beeps? What model computer is is specifically and what OS was it running when it crashed? Do you run multiple operating systems on it? Do you download bit torrents?
Please provide as much detailed information about the system and the crash as you can.
  5. Ah, the cry of the Mac user when Lord Jobs has forsaken them - they "just work" do they?

No disrespect, but it might actually help if you tell us what's happened - even the title of your post isn't complete.

What's crashed? Can you power it on? Do you get a screen? Error messages? Details!

@OP: We need more details. Start by at least listing the specs. Then the problem.

+1 OP, give us more details, and Lord LePhuronn might be able to help you out
  8. Judging by several factors, this was started by a troll.
  9. Single post from someone who hasn't read the thread they created, or at least hasn't bothered to reply to queries. I suspect you may just be right.

So far this forum seems to be a hotbed of Trolls and SPAMmers.
