Nothing? The Apple Store Geniuses can't repair it or re-install your software or whatever?
I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help if the experts at Apple can't (or at least not without a few more details - hardware, OS version, nature of "crash"). But if that really is the attitude of Apple I'd say buy a more reliable brand next time.
Did you purchase the "AppleCare Protection Plan" for your computer? If not, you have to pay for Apple to really look into the problem. Real service from them isn't free.
The fact that your computer crashed is very vague. Is it starting up at all? Does it give you a series of audible tones or beeps? What model computer is is specifically and what OS was it running when it crashed? Do you run multiple operating systems on it? Do you download bit torrents?
Please provide as much detailed information about the system and the crash as you can.
