I'm going to say no.

I can just about play on my i3-530 on low res and low settings, but your processor is weaker. You might find it playable in some areas but the sewer areas in act 2 will be totally unplayable.

I would say no also. The graphics and CPU arent really that strong

I think not too but if it plays it will be with very low settings. If a friend of yours has the game try asking him to borrow the game and test it. If you don't or can't try this website http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/
