How much heat, in watts, does the 1.4 GHz Athlon (266) give off? I am thinking of doing a peltier setup for one of my rigs, and want to make sure no condensation arises from this. Any links to sites or advice on a peltier setup is welcome. I would especially like vendors of peltier components, and sites that give detailed descriptions as to how they are set up normally.

depends on what it is doing. idle power is << load power output. Also, why peltier it unless you are overclocking it in which case a hard overclock could be >>100W full load. The trouble with balancing peltier arrangements is that the power is highly variable depending on what you are doing with it...

Idle would be best. I can get a peltier with cooling down all the way to 86 watts. This I believe would be perfect for minor overclocking, and I do not want to have to worry about condensation arising from this. So, if it gives off a near or maybe a little more than 86 watts, I am set.
