I have a client with WinXP and an HP 1300 laserjet printer. We shared it out
to the network yesterday and it tested fine from all locations. However,
late yesterday and today, the client reported that no matter how many copies
of a job she sets the printer for, it prints out one copy only. So she has
to sit at her PC and send job after job until all copies are complete. What
am I missing?

Check the print processor. Printer Properties, Advanced. Winprint is the
print processor that ships in Windows. The print processor handles the
advanced functions like copies, N-up, duplex.
Note the print processor assigned to the device. Change it back to
winprint and verify that the client can print multiple copies.

I was having the same problem. Just retried printing multiple copies. After I
set the appropriate number required I clicked the APPLY button before
clicking the PRINT button. It worked.
Good luck.
