Cooling Gurus tell us your cooling secrets:
If money was no object, what do you think are the ABSOLUTE best in cooling (non liquid) for:
(1) Socket A cpu (air cooled), that fits a7m266, ga7xdr mobos
swiftech mc462a?
(2) Best cooling solution for the northbridge chipset on mobo?
(3) Best DDR memory cooling solution?
(4) Best video chipset cooling for gf3?

A whole lot of good air cooling stuff is at www.amdmb.com. Like silver rounded cables and aluminum case reviews. www.coolcases.com has the best cases for everything.
Those AMD761 chipsets are more difficult to overclock since you can't change the multiplier in Bios. I have the A7M266 and just found a neat little device that I bought for overclocking this board:

The best watercooled system I've seen yet is a regular Costco watercooler. You should be able to cool the chipset, video card and CPU with this thing. Check out
http://www.Koolance.com for their setups on doing this and getting those chipset cooler and video components. Here is that watercooler, you are going to love this:

So simple and look at those cooling temps. Wow. The best part is you can even stick a couple of beers in there. I'll put this one on a separate thread too.
Good luck.

I asked a guy who reviewed a Koolance case and confirmed it is good. his reply is:
"A few problems with their review...the first being that they used a power converter that ALTHOUGH it converts to 110v the amps are severly lacking to run the pump.... Toms knew that when they published the article. Kinda lame.
Toms used a the power supply that the KOOLANCE site SPECIFIALLY SAY'S NOT TO with a DDR system, horribly undervolting the system....
Ever see the AMBIENT room temp. mentioned even once?? No....
I am ashamed that they even printed the article. Think about it.... every review is GOOD, then there is the one on Tom's."
But I am very confused about http://www.leufkentechnologies.com/page23.html where is the price? what is it called? where do you buy it? Why is it on that domain? who wrote that? dew the do? what the?
I wasn't refering to the Koolance case in that thread as the cooler, I only gave that link to Koolance to show how they hooked up the CPU, Chipset, and Video components to for watercooling.
What I was refering to for the cooler was that Water Cooling unit here:
This is a regular human water cooler for putting a water jug on top and getting drinking water from. It has a built in refrigerator cooler for cooling the water and a large reservoir. You can buy them at Costco for under 150.00.
Then you have to do the setup as described on the page. Hope that clarifies that post.
Yes I was very dissapointed in Toms Hardware for printing that article too and leaving it up on the website. That looks so bad for them. It looks like they are out to bash Koolance on purpose. Maybe they felt threatened because Toms was supposed to have the only great water cooler on the market or something. Heck I don't know, but I sure love my Koolance case.
