Can skyrim be played on xbox

I just found out that skyrim can not be played on normal xbox. can it?

No skyrim has not been released for the origional xbox. It was only released for the xbox 360, ps3, and computers

The original Xbox's processing and graphics power are nowhere enough to support modern games like Skyrim. You should just upgrade to a 360, they are really cheap nowadays.
