Printer Error Message XP

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax (More info?)

About half the time that I hit print I get this script
error message:

res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Sometimes I can go around it and sometimes not. how do I
fix it?

Uninstall and Re-install the printer driver properly
