When i o*c me katmai at FSB 100 to 133 i just wont boot up because of what any idea.I use standart colling.Bios chipset driver all update.Cheap mobo and memory. At FSB 100 to 112 it work well.At 133 i must deplug the batterie of the bios for restart at the default setting.

Any idea why he lock at 133.

Could be several things.
Cheap memory. if it is pc133 rated set it to SPD or cas3 and try.
cheap motherboard. If this is a BX chipset motherboard you could be frying your videocard in the AGP slot. Few older cards could take 89mhz agp speed. .Also on BX boards ,not all motherboards fully support 133fsb/33pci so you could be overclocking the pci bus as well.
Raise the cpu core voltage by covering connectors A-119,B-119 and A-121 to get 2.2 volts.
IF these fail try setting the L2 cache from 8 to 9 or 10 with wcpul2 from http://www.H-ODA.com.
And last, few Katmai core processors run at 133fsb.This is due to the off die L2 cache. Good luck!!!

I aint signing nothing!!!

The upper limmit of the Katmai core is generally around 600MHz, and can range from 550 to 650. Overclocking may require up to 2.2v core. You may need better memory. You may need better cooling. You may need more power. You may need a better video card. Much of this depends on the chipset.

good luck... id say its nearly hopeless with standard cooling... unless you live in a place which has 30mph winds 0 humidity and -10 degrees at all times with your box open outside...

if in doubt blame microsoft...
