I recently had a new computer built for me with Windows XP Home edition
software. I have a Lexmark X63 printer with copy, scan, fax options.
Printing seems to work fine, but when try to scan or copy through the Lexmark
control program, continuing to get SHPC32 - port monitor problems. I have
contacted Lexmark and removed and reinstalled lexmark software, but still a
problem.

Appreciate any suggestions.
