MSN Zone Games Authentication Error

I have a brand new computer, Windows 7 and I cannot sign into MSN games to play spades. I was able to once and then something happened and every time I tried to sign in I was redirected to the main games page. Then after trying as much reconfiguring as I could, I was directed to a page that told me I had an authentication error. What is going on? What happened? Something configured to make me inauthenic . . . please help.
