Watch Dogs specs ?!

I know it's a silly question to ask..but i'm building a new pc from scratch [except my hard drive ] and i want to know should it meet the recommended specs for games like Watch dogs, GTA IV , Assassin's Creed 3, Tomb Raider 2013 & Resident Evil 6

my desired specs are :

I7 3770 k
Asus GTX 680 Direct CU II
G.Skill 4 x 4 GB DDR 3 RAM
Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H Socket 1155
Corsair H60 water cooler
PSU NZXT (or Thermaltake ) 850 W
HDD 0.5 Terabyte

so i want to know should these games be playable on a full HD setup ??

Sorry to ask about a futuristic thing like that..but i need your guesses too..

GTA 4 won't run that well because they ported it terribly.

However, that CPU and GPU are both extremely powerful and can easily play any current game (that wasn't ported like crap) at max settings, max AA, 1920x1080.
