I've tried to adust the multipier to 5.5X500 but i didnt adjust the core voltage to 2.4V, it was still in 2.2V. And it coould not boot to Windows! If i'll be adjusting to 2.4V, will my Pc be able to work???........Another thing, will a SocketA fan will be able to fit a Socket7???

I think you'd be lucky to squeeze anything out of that. 500 was reacing the limit for that core. If I'm not wrong that's when the move to the Athlon occured because they reached the limit on the K6-2 core.

Hey, if it works at 5.5x100 with stock voltage, your doing great! You could try it at 6x by setting it at 2x, but I doubt it will go that far even at 2.4v. Yes, both the Socket A and Socket 370 have the same clip spacing as Socket7, I use the big coolers all the time and recommend them for all high-speed Socket 7 systems.
