How do you calculate the percentage?

Haha, how old are you? This is like Grade 6 math. It's a simple fraction...the numerator is the overclocked speed and the denominator is the default speed. Then divide and multiply the answer by 100 and you have the number. Example: 1400/1200 = 1.1666666666666666 or 116% of the default speed or a 16.666% overclock.

ahah BUT

if say, its a 100 fsb chip, lets say a 1 gig for arguments sake, so the normal speed is 100 x 10. ok, what if you run it at 133 x 7.5 giving also 1 gig, its still overclocked, i.e. running beyond its rated spec, so how would we work this out? then if we upped it to say 133 x 10, its overclocked both on the fsb and the mplier, so although its running at 1330, its actually overclocked more than 33% (ok, ACTUAL Mhz is 33%), im not a rocket scientist so I dunno how that one would equate.
