SKYRIM HELP

Hi i was playing skyrim yesterday and found out that i cannot complte the quest talk to greta about the temple of divines. There is no marker and when i go find her manually there is nothing to say about it. Also there are other quest aslo like that the talk to irksar about octieve. What is wrong do i need to start from the beginning again already at level 47. PLEASE HELP!!!
