How do you upgrate the BIOS of an ECS mobo with aw

When the utility says "file name to program" does that mean the name you want to choose to backup your old bios or the file of your new BIOS.

and what about "file to save program" ?

both of these things confuse me

"file name to program" --is the *.bin file.
"file to save program" --is your old bios *.bin file.

Yes, Filename to program means new bios file.
And, File to save means the name of existing bios file that you want to create. Do not forget to to make this for your back up.
You may also use amiflash.exe for flashing award bios.
