Did you do a fresh install of XP, or was it an upgrade?

Are you using the XP drivers for the printer, and not drivers for an earlier
version of Windows?

Can you print from other Applications?

What printer do you have? How is it connected?

Reinstall either Aerobat Reader 6 or reinstall AND check for updates for
Acrobat v4. (know v5 is compatible with an update, I'm not sure about v4).
