cpu voltage and o.c. question

i have a 1.33ghz athlon and in the future will probably o.c. it. ill want to go to 1.4 (133x10.5), so my question is, will I have to change the voltage for the cpu? or will it be fine i only change the multiplier and nothing else? thanks

Try run at default voltage first. Raise its voltage only if it cannot run stable at that speed.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
