overclocking a p3 733

Thanks for reading my post. My questions are as follows: Considering this chip already operates at 133fsb where is the next spot (if any) so the pci and agp bus are working at normal levels? 166mhz fsb? Also how hot can the chip safely under full load? Would running seti@home for 8 hours insure stability at a overclocked rate?
