My problem started when I wasn't able to add a local
printer. I received the message "Operation could not be
completed." So, I followed Article - 324757 to correct
this issue.

Unfortunately, it has not worked. When I try to add a
printer I receive the same error message.

Also, when I go into Print Spooler Properties to Start
the spooler I receive the error message "Could not start
the print spooler Error: 1068 The dependency service or
group failed to start."

I'm unable to find any technical info how to resolve
this.
