Fps lower than it was yesterday

Yesterday, on Modern Warfare 2 My fps was averaging at 350 fps now it is about 200-210 Can someone please help me out?

what do you need help with? is the game unplayable at 200 fps as opposed to 350?

if your getting 350 fps you need to up the settings. any more than 100 and you dsync the packet data from optimum...
set the packet data to 100 and your maxfps to 100. this will give you the ultimate smooth experience. yes 350 is nice but its a waste of resources and wont give you smooth game play. it will also lead to hit box dsync where what you shoot at isnt what your hitting. by limiting the fps to sync with the packet data will give you much higher accuracy...
also if you run at lower fps you wont get any fps droop where your screen stutters when it drops form 350 to 125...
