Need for Speed The Run cd/dvd origin installation and download

i bought the original nfs the run dvd and then i installed origin software..
now its downloading the content from the internet other than installing it from the dvd..] i bought it for 1599 Rs... doesnt this game get installed from the cd or does it need to download 15gb from the internet becoz its taking a lot of time that way

download origin and install from that download not the version that comes on the disk.
