Hello..... I'm in the process of building a watercooler for my computer, mostly because I should be able to OC to a nice speed with it, but also because I've heard that they are quieter than usual...

My cooler is a Globalwin fop32.... Now, is it likely that if I build a watercooling system, that it'll run more silent??

Me fail english?? That's unpossible!!

depends what pump you use & if its submerged or not but generaly water cooling is quieter than air cooling
& if you use an open system (like mine) its silent & keeps ere indoors appy !!!!

It also depends on weather or not you will be using a radiator with fan(s), my setup is very quiet, MUCH quiter than the 4 case fans and big dum cpu fan I used to have :)
