Another Cooling Question

I have a rack mount case. It has 2 fans in the middle mounted to blow air over the CPU. Is this better, or should I reverse them, and "pull" air across the CPU?

hey..you want air blowing OUT of the case away from the CPU..the fan on your HS does just fine at keeping the cool air on the CPU itself...
meanwhile all the hotair rises and flows throughout your system..you need the fans to blow it out the back...an exhaust you could say...
