Where to find DirectX 8.1 september 5th beta release

I had the previous 8.1, then it expired on september 5th and i had to revert my date/time settings back a bit and my registry had to be screwed with and i reinstalled a few things that didn't like the time-warp. I need this download. There is no way to reliably uninstall any version of DirectX, and sofar 8.1 has been very stable, so if any are beta testers or know a site that has the latest build please post a link. Thanks.
