General suggestions-
The usual procedure would be
1. Verify /reproduce the problem: remove SP2. Test printing. If OK.,
re-apply SP2 and re-test.
2. If OK. End. if not, run through the usual procedures to troubleshoot
XP network printing problems.
TO do that, try the file and printer trouble-shooter which can be
accessed through the XP help system. Start Help and Support
Type in network printer does not work. It will be at the top of the
list.
