Need to run Cod 4

I'm looking to run Cod 4. I went on systemrequirementslab.com and it said that my cpu wasn't good enough but said that the cpu speed was good enough. It said I had an Athlon Xp 3200+ with 2.2 ghz. rated at 3.2 ghz. i think i can run it. but heres the thing, i have a geforce fx 5200 and it sucks. i'm wondering if a 7600gs or a 7800gs would be able to run it. any help is much appreciated.
