OS-XP Pro
Clean build of XP pro being used as a server in a small
business. When tring to install a network dymo label maker
I get error message "driver installation has failed". This
occurs when browsing to drivers or running full install
package. Also occurs if I hook dymo directly to machine
and I receive the same message when I try to install
generic text printer; indicating this is a windows issue,
not a dymo issue. Previous to this incident a Samsung
ML4600 network printer was installed and runs fine.
Any ideas?

Did you install the driver software BEFORE connecting the printer to the PC?
