i just buy my Asus A7A266 + 1.4 TB, the average CPU temperature is 62C. For this high temp reason, i buy a Alpha 6035 fan. After i install it, it only run 3800 rpm instead of 5800 rpm (info from it's webiste). What kind of problem is that? Could it be the problem of power supply?

number of possible reasons.

1. your mobo isnt supplying enough juice
2. there is too much back pressure and the fan is labourning to overcome it all the time. (had that happen with casefans and poor case design)
3. you got ripped off with the wrong fan
4. there is some hardware limitation or voltage throttling going on.

try plugging the fan into a different outlet, your get a 4 pin molex adapter so u can go straight to the psu
