i dont have the card but since it has:

GT610:
CUDA Cores: 48
Graphics Clock (MHz): 810
Processor Clock (MHz): 1620
Texture Fill Rate (billion/sec): 6.5
Memory Clock: 1.8 Gbps
MBStandard Memory Config: 1024
Memory Interface: DDR3
Memory Interface Width: 64-bit
Memory Bandwidth (GB/sec): 14.4

and my lap gpu HD5450:
Graphics Clock (MHz): 700
Data fetch rate (32-bit): 12.8 Billion to 20.8 billion fetches/sec
Texel fill rate (billinear filtered): 3.2 Gigatexels - 5.2 Gigatexels/sec
Polygon throughput: From 400M to 650M polygons/sec
Memory data rate: 1.6 Gbps DDR3
Memory Clock: 700 MHZ
MBStandard Memory Config: 2048
Memory Interface: DDR3
Memory Interface Width: 64-bit
Memory Bandwidth (GB/sec): 11.2

and i get with 1024x768 resolution low settings about 80~110fps, i guess the GT610 will handle the game good with medium settings, OC a little bit and careful with temps, if it get high back to stock clocks.

it will run it pretty much identically. 80 amd streams is about as powerfull as 40 nvidia streams when the cards are so low end... there are better options out there like the gts 450. the 610 is just a re-badged 520 which in turn is a re-badged 220 which is basically a 96gso and not worth the money there asking. you may as well get the earlier card and save some money. they go for about £15-£20 if you can find em...

I agree with HEXiT and 13thmonkey the card will have issues like lagging choppy screen. the 610 is good for surfing and maybe a few flash games. Good luck to you.

@13thmonkey, comparing a low end cards not allowed except for the memory bandwidth? every specification for every card is important you dont just compare with bandwidth, since me and you guys didnt use the card and how much its power i compared the gt610 with my gpu cause they are both a low end gpus.

What I mean is that the only comparable figures that you quoted are the memory bandwidths. The texel fill rate on one, may or may not correspond to the texture fill rate on the other, only one has a polygon rate, etc.

dude take it from me personally if you listen to these forums you will never know the true powers of the card. yes its not that powerful i have experienced it and it can play cod 4 with ease depending on your processor.
look anything with two cores should be ok. i have a gt 610 in my computer now and it plays every game i throw at it but not all at high settings.:fou:

To be brutally honest cod4 should be a piece of cake for that card.Take it from me when i say that i have run games on 720p like mw3 high settings(40-50fps), max payne 3 low(20fps),AC2 medium (25fps),mafia 2 low(25fps),gta 4 low(15fps),mass effect 2 high(25fps),etc on a 5450 1gb ddr3.So older games like cod4 should be easily maxed out at 720p.
