Alright,i just setup a wireless network for my parents. This will allow me to access the internet with my comp when i finally fix it. I now need a firewall. i have heard about zone alarm and black ice and some others. I was wondering what u guys would recommend that i use. I play online games such as CS and stuff if that makes a difference. The wireless router does have firewall options, i just dont really know how to configure it. I already enabled 128 bit encrypiting and have setup filters because my parents ordered me too. They dont want my little bro surfin certain online stuff. Hopefully this firewall will stop alot of the annoying popups too. So, any suggestions?

Thanks for the help in advance

the firewal built into the router is good. just dont leave any ports open, and turn on block wan request. theres nothing to configure, its on by default and you can turn some features off. if you dont like that answer, zone alarm is very good.

how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

Zone Alarm Pro is easy to configure it almost configures itself and works excellently with Win98SE, and Win2000. I've tried Black Ice Defender, PC cillin, and Nortons Firewall, none of the above tops ZAPRO. Ryan
