Windows 7 default mail client

installed wlm for windows 7 - still get error message that it was not done correctly. can't email from an article w/o getting error message. i created a msn account and still no luck. did i miss a step????

is it set as the default mail program.?
it needs to be manually set as default or windows will use windows mail.

Figured it out! - Thanks! Needed to add wlm in internet preferences.
