I am trying to install the software for an internet fax
program and it keeps failing when it attempts to install
the printer driver. The error I receive is:
could not configure printer. Error: The specified module
could not be found.

After spending an hour looking through the support site
and other postings in this newsgroup - I stopped and
restarted print spooler services.

I still received the error. I had a lexmark printer at
one time - so I also tried to use the command prompts
suggested by Cari on another issue for the RPC - but the
command prompt was not recognized.

Please help!!! Very Frustrating!

Perhaps Bruce Sanderson's article will help blitz all traces of the Lexmark.
