Since installing XP home version, unable to use utilities
to clean heads, align, etc.. Have tried updated driver
from Epson to no avail - help.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer....

Latest drivers are at the Epson website at www.epson.com. Install them and
then download and install the Status Monitor package.

Thanks Cari - downloaded both and it brought back the monitor for utilities -
