System Configuration stays in selective mode

Hello,
My system in in selective mode and will not let me put it in normal. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Any help??

Did you use System Configuration to setup the Selective mode startup?
If so you can use System Configuration again to configure for a normal startup.
Start -> Control Panel, -> System and Maintenance, -> Administrative Tools, -> System Configuration.‌
Use the General tab to change startup mode and then check the Load system services and the Load startup items check boxes.
