No, but its not that hard to run Skyrim on Ultra, as it really isn't that much graphically intensive as BF3 or Crysis 2. My mid range card (HD 7850) runs Skyrim on max settings at 60 fps (1920x1080, 16x AF, 8x MSAA). You really don't need more than 40 fps to have a playable game, as 40 gives enough headroom if something big happens in game. I would recommend grabbing a GTX 560 Ti, which at the same resolution and settings as i previously listed, plays Skyrim at 50 fps, and it doesn't cost that much. The 560 Ti can also run Bf3 on High settings well, so I definitely recommend it.

Given the fact this is a laptop, the performance is going to suck no matter what setting you use. You need an i5 2500 (3.3GHz) quad core to get decent performance from Skyrim - at least that was true prior to V1.5.x. Give it a go with FRAPS and let us know what frame rates you get. good luck!
