My guess is you'll get 1.4 to 1.5 max, at 1.85v. I personally run my Gig 'C' Axia week 9 Y at 1333 133x10. Have posted to windows at 150x10, and can run stable but hot at 145x10. Thinking of investing in the new Alpha Pal-8045 heatsink for shits and giggles.

my guess with a 1.2 and watercooling, and an AXIA stepping....well is it a Y or a 9?? I think the limit for the AXIA core is 1.6-1.65 range. With normal water cooling, not talking liquid Nitrogen and all the fancy bells and whistles.

Dump the water cooling, run that baby stock, 1.2ghz is fast still, and invest the extra cash into a nice Ti Geforce 3 card. Sorry, my dreams not yours. Lol

1.6 tops.
