swhen using MS Works Spreadsheet software, i cannot print. my computer
prints from all other software except for this one. i get messages to reload
windows setup, that the print driver is not installed or invalid. i have
tried to reload the software that came with the printer, but i keep getting
the same messages. HP Support couldn't fix it either. HELP!!!

This is actually a problem with Works and NOT a printer issue.....
