ThermalTake Dragon Orb Cu 11XMWS 4900rpm Low Noise

is that any good for a Athlon 1.4ghz? the 7000rpm fans make so much noise, im not overclocking although my case isnt exactly in a well ventilated place. i can afford for my cpu to melt!

Yep, the Dragorb 2 (4900rpm ) copper HSF will be fine on a 1.4 as long as you dont overclock the CPU. Its not easy to fry a CPU with a good heat sink on it anyway.

I've never liked the orb's because they never done well in the reviews.
So far, water cooling seems to be the best way to keep it cool (and quiet...)
